When you choose to file an injury report through the App, clicking on the button will generate an email via which you can submit information regarding the relevant injury via email. This information may include date, time, location, and a summary of the incident. It is possible that you may voluntarily submit personal information in the summary within the email that you send generated through the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

State-Specific Rights.
California residents. Neither the Company nor the App collects any personal information from California residents. Even the incident reports submitted by emails generated from the App do not contemplate reporting of injuries from California residents. Nevada Residents: Under Nevada law, residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. The Company does not sell personal information through this App. If you have questions in this regarding please contact: support@asiwcf.org.
Data Security
The Company implements commercially reasonable measures designed to secure the information collected through the App from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, as described above, the App primarily is intended to provide information and so the only personally identifiable information that might be collected would be the summary of injury reports that would be voluntarily provided by you via email generated from the App when submitting an injury notification. Such information would be received by our email network behind company firewalls and secure servers.
You should be additionally advised that, in general, the safety and security of your information also depends in large part on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We also urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. Information you share in public areas may be viewed by anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet, email, and mobile platforms is never completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
